Our Partners

Steven J. Revenig

Steve graduated from the University of Iowa with degrees in accounting and finance. He went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Denver, and his Master of Laws degree in Taxation from New York University. He was previously associated with the Denver office of a national accounting firm. Steve has served clients in numerous industries including oil and gas, real estate, construction, mining, telecommunications, professional practices, high tech, manufacturing and retail. He is a former adjunct professor at the University of Denver Graduate Tax Program and also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Bar Association. Steve has served on the Continuing Professional Education Committees of the Colorado Society of CPAs, and has also served on the boards of several local nonprofit organizations. He has been qualified as an expert witness in the Colorado District Courts in Denver and Jefferson County. Steve has testified as an expert witness in litigation and arbitration cases involving business valuation, forensic accounting, and tax matters.

Brent L. Corrigan

Brent graduated with an accounting degree in the Honors Business Program at Indiana University. He continued on to obtain his law degree from Indiana University School of Law and his Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of Denver. He has prior professional experience with one of the national accounting firms. Brent’s primary area of practice involves tax planning and compliance, as well as business consulting for closely held businesses and their owners. He has served family businesses and clients in the construction, professional service, medical, telecommunications, real estate, mining, and retail industries. Brent is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, Colorado Bar Association and Colorado Society of CPAs (Colorado Department of Revenue Task Force). Brent has been involved with the Denver Tax Association (former President) and Rocky Mountain Chapter of International Tax Group. He has been active in volunteering, including serving on the boards of several local nonprofit organizations.

Lynda S. Hendricks

Lynda is a Colorado native and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in accounting and later obtained a Masters of Taxation from the University of Denver. Lynda has extensive experience serving clients in a broad range of industries including retail, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, real estate, mining and natural resources, construction, and various service industries. In addition, she has expertise in closely-held business planning, qualified retirement planning, inbound and outbound international tax matters, planning for multi-state operations, and IRS and state tax dispute resolution. Lynda is a member of the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has also served on the boards of several local nonprofit organizations.
